After four years of pouring coffee, scooping ice cream, and getting to know so many of you, we've made the difficult decision to close The Craft Creamery. Our last day will be September 20th.
This wasn't an easy call, but our lease is coming to an end, and we've made the decision to consolidate our operations to better serve the Moniker community.
The good news: Moniker Coffee isn't going anywhere. Moniker General in Liberty Station and Moniker Outpost in North Park remain open and ready to see your familiar faces — same coffee, same spirit, same commitment to serving our Moniker community.

If you're craving seasonal ice cream flavors, you can find Craft Creamery at a temporary pop-up at the Goff Family Pumpkin Patch in Liberty Station, serving ice cream Thursday through Sunday from September 18th through October 31st.
Thank you for letting us be part of your morning ritual, your after-dinner sweet treat, and every bit of continued support over the years. We hope to keep serving you — just down the road.
If you have gift cards with Craft Creamery, all balances will be transferred to Moniker General – Liberty Station, reflected there starting October 5th.

Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream Company began in 1962, when Chuck Sr. and Nancy Deadman decided to open up their very own candy and ice cream shop. Their vision was to provide the community with a bit of happiness by serving homemade candy and ice cream. Today, they still serve ice cream in their hometown of Madison, Wisconsin.
DOUBLE RAINBOW
It’s the 1950s in Brooklyn and two friends started selling ice cream on Coney Island. In 1975 they headed west and opened up their first ice cream shop. By 1976, Double Rainbow was born. Double Rainbow continues to be family owned and operated with the mission to create the most delicious ice cream on the planet.
TILLAMOOK
Tillamook Valley is nestled in beautiful, lush Oregon and in 1851 they had a problem - too much dairy with no way to get it outside of the valley. So they did the only reasonable thing: build a ship and set sail. By 1909, Tillamook was born and is still farmer-owned to this day, serving the nation with the best dairy Oregon has to offer.
